In previous video roundups, we’ve collected together some interesting videos and presentations from a variety of speakers discussing topics covering usability, graphic design, CSS frameworks, web standards, and more. In this small roundup, we’ve included seven videos that we think would be of great interest to web app developers in particular, with less focus on design and standards.

Hello. In this tutorial, I will show you how to create a nice looking web layout where you can promote your services. This tutorial will use a simple wood texture and some gorgeous 3D renders with robots.
How to create a sport web layout
In this tutorial I will walk you through the process of creating a sport web layout. We will use the Sport vector pack from Grafpedia.
Introduction
For this web layout we will use the 960 Grid System. Download the archive file, unzip it and go to the “photoshop” folder (it’s located inside the “templates” folder). Then open the “960_grid_24_col.psd” file in Photoshop.
The red bars that you see are inside the “24 Col Grid” group. You can hide/show this group whenever you need. There are also some helpful guides. To view them go to View > Show > Guides, or use the shortcut Ctrl/Cmd + ;.
